The Lord called Edgar in 1983 to full time ministry. While he was giving excuses, the Lord caused him to experience a fever which did not subside for months. As a result, he listened to God and was able to know God’s call on his life. He committed himself to cause the Savior had for him.

In 1984 and in 1992 he was trained in New Zealand and in the USA for brief period of time. His stay at the Stephen Olford Centre for Biblical Preaching helped Edgar fine tune his preaching career. Since then, there has been a great change in the man, his message, and in his ministry.
